Absolutely not. You retain 100% ownership of your intellectual property. Our agreement is non-exclusive, meaning you are free to screen at festivals, upload to other platforms, or sell your film elsewhere. We are simply a platform to help you find an audience.
There are zero upfront fees for filmmakers. We operate on a curated model, meaning we invest our platform's resources into hosting and promoting the films we select for our library.
Yes! Many festivals allow non-exclusive streaming on niche platforms. However, we recommend checking your specific festival contracts. If you need a "Geo-block" (limiting views to certain countries) to satisfy a festival requirement, let us know-FAVUH TV can accommodate that.
It's your work. If you decide to remove your film from FAVUH TV, just provide us with a
30-day written notice, and we will pull the content from our active library-no questions asked.
Currently, FAVUH TV is focused on high-quality exposure and building creator "brand equity." As we roll out our 2026 monetization features (including ad-revenue sharing and
"Digital Tip Jars"), early-adopter filmmakers will be the first to be integrated into those revenue streams.
We prefer "FAVUH TV Exclusives" or content not widely available for free elsewhere, but we prioritize quality above all. If the film is exceptional, we want it on the platform regardless of its history.
