Absolutely not. You retain 100% ownership of your intellectual property. Our agreement is non-exclusive, meaning you are free to screen at festivals, upload to other platforms, or sell your film elsewhere. We are simply a platform to help you find an audience.

There are no upfront fees for filmmakers. We operate on a curated model, meaning we invest our platform's resources into hosting and promoting the films we select for our library.

Yes! Many festivals allow non-exclusive streaming on niche platforms. However, we recommend checking your specific festival contracts. If you need a "Geo-block" (limiting views to certain countries) to satisfy a festival requirement, let us know-FAVUH TV may be able to accommodate that.

If you decide to remove your film from FAVUH TV, contact us and we’ll work with you to process your request in accordance with our licensing agreement.

FAVUH TV is currently focused on building a high-quality library and growing audience reach. As monetization features are introduced, including advertising revenue opportunities and creator participation programs, eligible filmmakers will be among the first considered.

We prefer "FAVUH TV Exclusives" or content not widely available for free elsewhere, but we prioritize quality above all. If the film is exceptional, we want it on the platform regardless of its history.

Every submission is reviewed personally. While review times vary depending on submission volume, we strive to respond as promptly as possible.
