Submission Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in submitting your film or documentary to FAVUH TV.

These Submission Terms & Conditions govern all materials submitted through www.favuhtv.com. By submitting content, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.

Eligibility to Submit

By submitting content to FAVUH TV, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have the legal authority to submit on behalf of the rights holder.
• You own or control the necessary rights to submit the film or project.
• You have the authority to enter into discussions regarding potential licensing or distribution.

Ownership of Your Work

Submitting your film does not transfer ownership of your intellectual property.

You retain all ownership rights to your film, documentary, artwork, promotional materials, and related content unless a separate written licensing agreement is executed between you and FAVUH TV.

Submission Does Not Guarantee Acceptance

Submission of your project does not guarantee:

• Selection for streaming
• Distribution
• Licensing
• Promotion
• Future business opportunities

Every submission is reviewed individually based on FAVUH TV’s programming goals, audience interests, and content standards.

Evaluation Process

Submitted materials will be reviewed solely for evaluation purposes.

FAVUH TV may contact you to request additional information, screeners, promotional materials, technical specifications, or to discuss potential licensing opportunities.

Separate Licensing Agreements

If FAVUH TV wishes to license your content, the terms of distribution, territories, compensation, duration, and other business terms will be negotiated separately through a written licensing agreement signed by both parties.

No distribution rights are granted through the submission process alone.

Rights and Representations

You represent that:

• Your submission does not knowingly infringe the copyrights, trademarks, or other rights of any third party.
• Any music, footage, artwork, performances, or other copyrighted material included in your submission has been properly licensed or authorized.
• Information submitted to FAVUH TV is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Confidentiality

FAVUH TV treats submitted materials with professional care.

However, because submissions are reviewed by authorized personnel involved in the evaluation process, you should not submit confidential business information that is unrelated to your project.

Removal of Submitted Materials

If you wish to withdraw your submission before a licensing agreement is executed, please contact FAVUH TV.

We will make reasonable efforts to discontinue our review of the submitted materials where practical.

Limitation of Liability

FAVUH TV shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the submission or evaluation of materials.

Changes to These Terms

FAVUH TV may update these Submission Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Revised versions become effective upon posting to this page.
